Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we require the following:

At least 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Recurring Service Appointments

Recurring appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

Skipping or canceling a recurring service without proper notice will still be subject to cancellation fees.

Multiple last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the recurring schedule.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.
We will gladly return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
